「The location of the home is beautiful. Upon arrival home was set at comfortable temp, Our party of 9 were quickly able to pick our rooms, with enough privacy for each guest. The natural lighting against the wood floors so nice. We stayed here and visited Wallkill, Warwick and Patterson. Hour plus away from the location of home. Convenient stores located a few minutes away from home. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would come back again.」

「The house was very nice. It was spacious, clean, the grounds were gorgeous and very comfortable for our group of 8 people. The communication and responsiveness of the home owner was excellent. We stayed for graduation at West Point, it was an ideal location for us (about 25 minutes from West Point).」

「We had a wonderful stay at Hunters property. Check in and walkthrough process with the property manager was easy. The house has plenty of space, 2 TV rooms, large kitchen and sitting room and a separate dining area. We traveled with friends, our 16 year old and our 1 year toddler. 「This house is perfect for a nice group of friends or Family, we stayed over the New Year’s Eve weekend and the house was spacious for our group, with plenty of room for everyone, Ricky is super on top of the check in /out Process so that was a breeze. My only feedback would be that the house should be better equipped in relation to the number of bedrooms offered.」

「This property is outstanding -- the pictures do not do the pool / yard justice. A lot of beds and bathrooms. Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The pictures are accurate but when you get there you see the furniture is flimsy, the cabinets and drawers fall off when you touch them and the yard is a disaster. There is so much stagnant water the mosquitos look like drones!」

「We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Our party was 9 adults and we had plenty of space. Coffee on the porch overlooking the lake was something we all looked forward to each morning. There are nice restaurants and a market conveniently close by. The only negative is one upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet but no sink.」

「We did not end up staying at this property because the host cancelled on us the day before. He reached out 2 months prior to tell us his pool would not be available and offered us a 20% refund. But he never provided it and did not communicate about this again. When we followed up about it, he cancelled the whole stay and tried to get us to change properties last minute. 「Loved the home didn't realize when booking it was in such a secluded spot so come prepared. House was clean minus some hair in the tubs (around drain) the closet doors attacked my sister (needs to be reinstalled and tightened) upon opening and a few draw coverings fell off. we couldn't find a broom until 10 mins before checkout (we looked all weekend )other wise the place was amazing my sister is already talking about booking in the warmer months because the yard is amazing」

"Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room.The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and appalled at their terrible response."
