L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE HOTELS
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed at L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE with my family, and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was the highlight for us. It was a convenient base for exploring Gangnam and getting around Seoul, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and places to visit nearby. After a day out, it was easy to return to the hotel and relax, which made our mother-daughter trip feel comfortable and hassle free. The hotel was comfortable and suited our needs well. Our stay went smoothly from arrival to departure, and everything met our expectations. We didn’t encounter any problems, and there was nothing that left us disappointed. Most of all, I really appreciated how convenient the location was! it made planning our days much easier and gave us more time to enjoy the trip together. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Seoul, especially if I wanted to spend time in Gangnam. I would recommend L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient location."

The location is extremely convenient, making it effortless to get around the city and explore Seoul. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, and having such a comfortable, reliable base made our long stay completely stress-free. We will without a doubt choose to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul. Highly recommended!"

UH FLAT THE SEOCHO
8/10 Good
"We initially stayed at UH Flat Seocho as a couple, and later extended our stay with my aunt and niece joining us. Overall, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. We were happy with the facilities and the overall quality of the property. However, we experienced several issues with staff communication and service. When we needed to move to another room for the extended stay, we were told that someone would contact us with the details, but no one followed up. We had to reach out several times ourselves to get the information. We also requested tissues for the room, as none were provided, but unfortunately, our request was overlooked. Most importantly, on the day of checkout, we had arranged a van service to the airport. However, the meeting location was not clearly communicated to us, resulting in the driver and our group waiting at different locations. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress, especially when we were trying to get to the airport. While we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location of the property, the lack of follow-through and clear communication from the staff was disappointing. With better communication and more attentive service, this could have been a much better experience."
Hotel Newv
8/10 Good
"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The room is pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable . We got 2 free water bottles and 2 slippers every day . Unbelievable , if calculated we got 18 pairs of slippers. Other hotel would give us only one pairs for the entire stay. That’s mean how much they cared. Will come back again next year."
