"First and foremost, the staff was amazing!! I wish I could remember their names but literally everyone from front desk, the people putting together breakfast, and the people who clean the rooms/do maintenance. Everyone I interacted with were so kind and helpful in every way! The breakfast is always good, the beds are super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. If I *had* to kind of complain about SOMETHING, it would be the pool. The pool itself was clean and the pool area was heated and they always had fresh towels… The only thing is the pool itself wasn’t heated. I could be wrong, but I think the website states it is a heated pool. It was pretty cold though. None of the kids cared so it really wasn’t a big deal. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here!"

"mold, big holes where its was obvious some one punched through the closet door, stains on towels,and lampshades black stuff on ice tray broken ice machines hot tub was about 1 foot low on water and theat the counter said " he didn't it know how to turn the water on to fill it and wasn't going to call anybody because he didnt want to pi$$ anyone off first 2 rooms where still dirty from previous people. The entry doors on both ends of the hotel had completely broken off.Door handles was very hard to open .Kids woke up on 2nd night with bites form something .I dont know how this hotel is raited at a 7.5 plus i definitely do not recommend!"
