「Property was exactly as expected and great location. We wanted to enjoy the historic atmosphere of Charleston and this location added to the experience. The courtyard is a plus, great for cup of coffee or glass of wine.The only negative comment is there was open food in refrigerator and cabinets; unsure why but, did that feel safe to utilize it. 」

「My hubby and I made a quick trip to the area. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the shopping/restaurants/market area. Beautiful city! The room was super clean and quaint. Communication with Courtney was top notch. Very responsive with any questions we had. The bed is sooooo comfortable! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! 」

「Place is great. As advertised. You do share an interior door with the family that owns the house. This can not be locked. I would definitely stay here again!One word of caution for older individuals. There are two flights of exterior stairs to get for the apartment and then the living quarters are on the next floor. Navigating this with heavy luggage could be problematic.」

This house is so spectacular and their hosting is so casual and comfortable that I can't believe anyone would not be glad they chose it. It was dark and quiet--so glad I didn't choose a place in town--so our sleep was deep and uninterrupted.
