I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana in Istanbul. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived, especially from the young gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly hospitable, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional—honestly, even better than Amazon’s famous customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely appreciate the front desk team for making my experience so memorable.
