「Excellent hotel and the staff have top quality customer service . Lovely pools, amazing beach views, unlimited drinks and wildlife ! This is literally a place you would see on the TV and say I would love to go there. There are some huge renovations going on at the hotel and it did not mention this on the booking which normally I would leave a negative feedback for but due to the vast size of the place it will not affect your stay in anyway apart from the late night restaurant which is...

「There were cold days when the showers were not easily heated. The air conditioner in the room could not be turned off and it was so cold. The location was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the beds are great」

「Stayed 3 nights in the beach cottage…the view is stunning and the cottage is very cozy…the first night suffered a bit from mosquito bites but the reception staff ensured the following nights mosquitos free. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and falling asleep with the backdrop of the ocean waves was such a blessing. 」

「This property is stunning and so well designed. It’s quaint and classy. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the common area is well set up. I had the junior suite with a private pool and it was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that it’s on a long dirt road off the main road and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it (single female). I think if I was with another person I wouldn’t have felt that way. 「Way too many flying insects on, yes, on the food. Flies at the dessert stations...flies at the tables when eating. Hot tubs are accessible only when purchasing spa services. And the hot tubs were tiny, fits 2 only. I did not feel comfortable using the beach, too many unknowns approaching you. Insect, fruit flies in the rooms. Light switches are confusing.」
