「5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....

「Our stay at Agroktima was a very unique experience. The cottage house has a beautiful architecture, the area was very peaceful and had an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly and treated us like family. The way the breakfast was served was very unique, as they had all products from the farm, and everything was very tasty. I highly recommend staying at this place for anyone who wants to experience a unique local place.」

「Charming boutique hotel—cozy, stylish, and well kept. The staff are genuinely courteous and attentive, offering helpful tips and warm service throughout. Food is excellent (breakfast is a standout), making the on-site dining worth staying in for. Convenient location too: about 15 minutes from the center of Monemvasia, so you’re close to the action but in a quieter spot. Overall, great value for a relaxed, quality stay.」

「A lovely location and unique building layout. Our room was great, the bed comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with freat service. The only reasons that we didn't give it an excellent was the lack of a toilet seat (which they remedied by opening the second bathroom) and the cooking tools were very limited.」

「まるで中世にタイムスリップしたような気分になるホテルです。部屋から見るエーゲ海はとても美しく、最高です。 料金が割と安かったので、二人でしたがファミリールームを予約しました。バスルームが二つに、海の眺められるテラスがあり快適でした。 場所が島の端のほうなので、スーツケースは島の入り口に止めた車の中に置いて、１泊分の荷物だけを持っていきました。途中は石畳なのでスーツケースを引いてくるのは大変だと思います。 ホテルの人に頼めば荷物は運んでくれるようです。」

We had some difficulty with the gate at arrival, as instructions on how to enter were not clear, and we were also unsure where to leave the remote control upon departure. 「The property is beautiful. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the center but be careful because the road is very narrow. It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Food and snack options are extremely limited and that’s a problem when the hotel has nothing near by you can walk to. They offer no snacks no lunch options.
