The island and the beaches are usable even in the middle of winter because of its climate, one of the best in the world, as Wikipidia writes, averaging 27/30 degrees all year round. All services, supermarket taxi beach shopping centre ice cream parlours and restaurants. The airport is within easy reach. Great for those who like peace and quiet, cool even in summer and in a great location for visiting other beaches all with free access, in addition to the one just below the house. No need to have a car or rent one, just 50 metres from the playa and a hundred or so steps away from it, from which a promenade over the ocean joins the two beaches, which are among the most beautiful in Europe. Shopping centres, shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets as well as gardens are very close, taxis and buses and various services are just a few metres away. All means of transport for land and sea excursions can be rented very close to the flat, as can boats for sightseeing trips.
