私たちの新しい設備の整ったアパートメントは、人気のプラヤデモガンビーチの海沿いにあります。
アパートメントのサイズは約60m²で、山の景色を望む広々とした約17m²のテラスがあります。
ベッドはボックススプリングベッドです
バー、カフェ、レストランのある遊歩道がすぐ近くにあります。
スーパーマーケット（スパー）、医師（医療センター）、その他のショップも近くにあります。

The location is perfect - above the beach restaurants but facing the mountains. It is very spacious and all facilities are good and well equipped. The view is of the mountains which is actually really good and interesting - sea views can be had from the restaurants and beach downstairs. The supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. This is an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it. However, for longer stays be aware that there is no washing machine and no laundrette in Puerto de Mogan - so its hand washing in a bowl.

Pre Christmas break in puerto Mogán

Spacious, very well located in a very nice development allowing air flow and light. Mostly well equipped … new pillows needed, and chopping board was very small, scored, and unable to be cleaned efficiently. Cleaning pretty good, but, not thorough, as dust accumulated behind doors and on shelves of wardrobe. Pop up plug on left hand basin broken. We had a great stay. Love the area

Schöner Aufenthalt in toll eingerichteter Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die kanarischen Berge in zentraler Lage. Besonders gut fanden wir die Siebträgermaschine zur Zubereitung von Espresso und das sehr bequeme Doppelbett. Die Betreuung durch eine Agentur, deren Büro sich um die Ecke befand, war ausgezeichnet. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief sehr zufriedenstellend. ..

Lovely Central Apartment

Urlaubstage in Puerto Mogan

Die lange Fußgängeralle ist sehr schön. Die Bushaltestelle war nur 5 Minuten vom Appartment entfernt. Es gab auch gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Schiff Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Vom Mirador konnten wir den Ort hervorragend überblicken. Nachteilig ist, daß es für den kleinen Ort zu viele Touristen und Besucher gibt.

Mostly great but......

Apartment is spacious and well equipped and the location is ideal just one street back from the beachfront. Theres no sun on the balcony but that didnt bother us.However theres a couple of safety issues: getting in and out of bath for a shower is problematic because of very limited space and could be difficult for older/not so mobile guests. Also the glass doors to balcony should have some kind of marking to stop you walking into them when closed-we attached stickers. Would urge owners to address these issues in case of an accident.

Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires. Très belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes, à quelques pas de la plage, des nombreux restaurants, boutiques et supermarché. À cinq minutes du port et du magnifique quartier fleuri de la petite Venise. L'appartement est super confortable avec toutes les commodités essentielles. Sehr zentral zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Ruhige Umgebung. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür meistens frei. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Einzige Ausnahme. Ich mag kein Filterkaffee. Eine Kapselmaschine wäre für mich besser. Aber, das ist nur das Haar in der Suppe. Würde dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Très belle endroit...

.appartement très agréable. Très propre. Très bien équipé. Tout a pied dans puerto de mogan La plage. Les courses. Les promenades le soir. Nous passons 2 semaines de vacances à Gran Canaria depuis plusieurs années et c est dans ce logement que l on s est senti le mieux. Nous aimerions y revenir. Modern, spacious apartment just yards from the beach, bars and restaurants and close to the marina. Beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace. There is street parking if you can find a space, if not, there's a car park nearby, also a good Spar supermarket. We had a great holiday in Puerto de Morgan.
