The property is situated in the old part of Puerto de Mogán which is very attractive, has great restaurants and a good beach. All the staff at the apartments and hotel were helpful and friendly. This was our second time at the property and we will likely stay again.

Great location

Great location. Moved from 1st property which was unsuitable to 2nd property which was great location. No issues with move at all. Bathroom and kitchen could do with upgrade but not critical. Cleaning service excellent.

Great location close to the Hotel and lots af excellent restaurants by the harbour. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The apartment was a little tired, a repair to a rusting bath was visible and could do with an upgrade, however overall it was a good size. we had an issue with the lights not working we were eventually down to only one working but when reported it was rectified straight away.

Lovely apartment, brilliant location, clean and tidy. negatives were limitied kitchen (with regards to self catering), we ate out more than we usually would. Not a proper balcony (which i was aware of before we booked), was on a ground floor apartment, had the doors open to let sunshine and air in and came into the room to find a cat knocking about, and the cleaners congregated outside our bedroom window in the morning before shift started for a good catch up. Those issues aside, was a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed, and i don't think they would stop me booking again.

Our trip to The Apartments Mogan, was very good. Beautiful location, with a terrific range of restaurants and bars. The pool and Maria's Pool bar was great. The hospitality and friendliness of everyone was wonderful

What an absolute hidden gem, I would highly recommend staying here, the people are charming the scenery stunning the staff very friendly and the restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, if you want to fully unwind you must go. Watch the sunset from “balcon de sol” the rock face literally on the edge of the island, simply magical. I left a piece of my heart in puerto Mogan and will definitely be back :)

Spacious clean apartment. Well positioned in Puerto Mogan. Professional helpful staff at reception. Balcony on road and over driveway into basement - did not use the balcony. Hot water ran out during 2nd shower. Being picky - no toaster!

Apartment was well-situated in the resort but was on the ground floor in a bland complex with no views, no privacy (cleaners assembled outside the bedroom window at 8am every morning), poor security. The place (apartment and resort) lacked any character and had a slightly run-down feel to it.

Caution with room allocation

The apartments are in a lovely setting with pleasing roof terraces, however, a lot of the apartments overlook the road and some do not have a balcony or terrace which is disappointing. I would stay at these apartments again only if we could request one overlooking the garden or walkway.

Se oferta como hotel de 4 estrellas y son apartamentos. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones comunes y servicios muchísimo mejores que los apartamentos. Cuya ubicación es malísima, dando directamente al puerto. Así que calidad precio desorbitado. Además, al día siguiente de la llegada no hay limpieza. La televisión no permite ver tus canales online Netflix, Movistar u otros a pesar de tener conexión a internet de banda ancha. La piscina es enana. Así pues, recomiendo el Hotel pero no los apartamentos al precio que están. Por cierto, la zona está ambientada como un parque temático y la comida adaptada a los gustos de otras culturas que no son la canaria. Por tanto, no busques ambiente canario allí porque no lo hay. Para ello mejor ronda los pueblos de interior o del norte y oeste

Fin modtagelse i resection. Rengøring var iorden. Der manglede hylder i køleskabet, men det blev ordnet. Beskrivelse af lejlighedens beskaffenhed og beliggenhed var mangelfuld. Den lå i fuld skygge og lige ud til fortov og befærdet vej med støj. Det stod der ingenting om. Vi kunne ikke leje badehåndklæder via hotellet, som vi før har kunne. Det stod der heller ikke i beskrivelsen og med disse ord var”tilbuddet” for dyrt. Vi bruger ikke denne mulighed en anden gang.
