Welcome to Modern Lake Life at our Cottage, just steps away from Petro Beach and a 6 minute drive to the hub of Sylvan Lake. Great for multi-families, one large family, girls' weekend, or couples getaway. The home is located in Jarvis Bay and accommodates 12 guests comfortably.
Modern and Stylish 4 Bdrm; 2 King Masters incl ensuites, 1 Queen bdrm & a bunk bdrm with 2 twin over full beds. 1 full bath on main floor and 1 full bath on 2nd floor. Plenty of space inside and natural light to enjoy. Expansive outdoor deck is perfect for family fun and outdoor gatherings, outdoor dining and includes a large sectional lounge area. The back patio is complete with a BBQ, ready for grilling and the backyard fire pit is perfect for an evening roast by the fire.

The Space:
A spacious entryway boasting loads of storage will welcome you to our Modern Lake Life Cottage. Easy access to the open concept kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials for you to feel like you are at home. We have basic kitchen necessities to start your holiday such as coffee/tea, sugar, cooking oil, s&p, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage/recycling bags. Our beautiful dining table has seating for 6 with space to pull up more chairs if needed, and the island has room for seating 4. Laundry area is on the main floor with a standup washer/dryer. A 3 piece bathroom including a double-wide shower is just off the kitchen and entryway.

This home is equipped with all new furnishings, and a large family room including a 50" TV with free Netflix for your indoor entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the sunshine and peek-a-boo views of the lake. Enjoy your coffee (or wine) on the expansive outdoor deck enjoying the sunshine and peacefulness of lake living.

The backyard has a firepit with plenty of seating and a charming patio with BBQ and lots of sunshine to soak in throughout the day!
Backyard games are provided for you to enjoy in the backyard or at the beach (bocce ball, toss game )

The home can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, it features 4 bedrooms with 7 beds (2 king beds and 1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds each with 1 twin over full) and 4 bathrooms.

The 1st master bedroom has a king bed and peekaboo views of the lake with private patio door access to the upper balcony. It has 2 closets and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower & double sinks.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king bed and peekaboo views of the lake with private patio door access to the upper balcony. It has a walk-in closet and modern ensuite bathroom complete with shower & sink.

The 3rd queen bedroom faces our treed backyard and has a queen bed with a nightstand and closet. Boasts floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the morning sunshine.

The 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with Twin over Full beds and 2 closets. This bedroom faces the backyard and has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the morning sun.

We will provide you with quality towels, cloths and linens (plus beach towels ).

Close proximity to all of Sylvan Lake's amenities including a brand new 7-11, Burger Parlour, Domino Pizza, Walmart and Canadian Tire. Or a quick drive to the heart of Sylvan Lake to enjoy the outdoor shelters, picnic tables, brand new large playground, walking trails and green space.

Shop & support local at The Sylvan Lake Farmers Market on Fridays from 4pm - 7:30pm between May 20 – September 30! Located on 5104 Lakeshore Drive.

- Not suitable for loud parties or events
- No smoking inside the property - an ashtray is provided to dispose of cigarette butts outdoors
- located on a quiet street; please turn off all outdoor lights when going to bed, out of respect for our neighbours
- Expect to hear some road noise ( during the day) as Jarvis Bay Drive is in front of the house

We are steps away from Petro Beach, well known to the locals for paddle boarding and swimming. Our delightful space is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a refreshing getaway at the lake.

There are books & games for the whole family (located in the entryway storage), basic toiletries & towels. We have also provided beach towels and floaties for enjoying at the lake!

We can accommodate a few more guests as long as they are under the age of 18, please send a message if you'd like to discuss what we can accommodate.
