They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :) Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."

"This is the ideal airport hotel. As arranged, we telephoned the hotel to request the shuttle bus. As it was 01.30am we were surprised when told that the bus was already waiting. On arrival at the hotel, check-in took only a few minutes. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a varied choice of good quality products. All staff were very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again."
