"A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out."

"After frequenting the Chalet for many years I feel it has lost some of its special atmosphere that it once had 6 years ago. I miss the tranquil pool experience it seems to have become a children's environment with no boundaries as far as Adult hours where kids are not allowed and I miss the flowers and attention to detail and the service like the pool attendant et "

"The bathtub set-up was dangerous - the shower/tub was on a high platform and a slipping danger getting in and out of the shower was there. The rooms were decorated nicely but there was no extra blanket for one colder night. "

"Great little house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions. Parking was easy and right in front. Kitchen had everything we needed re: plates, etc. "

"Clean house, great beds. Convenient location in terms of travel time to in-town attractions. The house seems to be in the first wave of a neighborhood going through revitalization: we had zero issues, but it might be a shock if you are totally unfamiliar with the area. "

"This house was perfectly situated for us. It was close to all the things we wanted to do without having to get on the interstate. The neighborhood is nice with lots of friendly bicyclists, walkers, and a nice view of Lookout Mountain. The playground around the corner was great for the boys in the evenings. The house was adequately furnished and everything worked well. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. "
