Wonderful Stay

Had a great visit to Chattanooga and enjoyed staying at the property for a week. The property is as described and very clean. Easy access to downtown made it a breeze to enjoy the area.

Wonderful Trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. It’s close to great hiking and just minutes from town. While the neighborhood isn’t the most scenic, the home itself felt like a peaceful, private retreat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

The house was very nice, just like the pictures. It was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that it was pet friendly and had a private fenced in backyard. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any problems with it and the house has an alarm system. It was only minutes away from everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, great location!

Nothing but great things to say about our stay for the weekend. The house was super clean, plenty of room, and was within 10 min of all the places we wanted to go! 10/10 would book again! :)

Great house!

This house was perfect for our visit. Very clean and new! Close to downtown and Lookout Mountain. The owner was very responsive to questions and communicative for check in/out. I highly recommend it, and if in Chattanooga again, I'd return.

Rock city garden kights

We had a very pleasant stay. We brought our 88 yr old mom and didn’t read listing correctly about all bedrooms upstairs but she was a trooper and climbed them. Everything was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our time there and made good memories.

Quiet and comfortable

Good location close to downtown and all points in between. We enjoyed it. The host is responsive and attentive. I recommend this property. And hope to go back myself to enjoy the area.

Cozy and Comfortable

This property is very well maintained and like new! This was a great choice for our family of four. It’s so nice to have your own space while on vacation rather than in a one room hotel room . The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose. The laundry room is very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

My husband and I decided to do a quick getaway for the kids that wasn’t too far from Atlanta. Our stay was very comfortable and the home was very beautiful. This was our first rental home where the host provided more than the norm. The host provided items that aren’t normally provided such as Q-Tips, cotton balls, makeup wash cloths (not the wipes), K-cups for the Keurig, etc. We would definitely book again if the home is available for another trip.

Christmas in Chattanooga

We decided to spend Christmas 2024 in Chattanooga rather than purchasing gifts for one another. We were extremely satisfied with this property, as it had ample space for our small family of adults, including a desk where I could set up to work remotely part of the week. Communicating with the host was easy every step of the way—from booking to checking in and out. The house was just as pictured and described in the listing, and the interior was both clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly when we saw others around the street. We would love to visit again and can’t wait to see how the area continues to develop!

Great stay

The house is beautiful and well kept. The host is super responsive. I debated on how to rate the location and neighborhood. The entirety of the city of Chattanooga is sub par. The epicenter of downtown is better, but anything outside of those few blocks is a bit sketchy. Taking that into consideration, this property is on a street with only a few other houses that seemed to be calm and quiet. Some of our friends stayed in other homes and reported drug activity, etc in the other neighborhoods. Overall, great stay in a beautiful home on a quiet street in a run down city.
