Overall stay was just okay. Our suite (room 316) had a strong smell of marijuana and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. (We washed them) The door handle to the bathroom was missing and there was only a hole to close it with. Breakfast was good - sausage, eggs, cubed potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels, scones, oatmeal, coffee, juice and fountain drinks. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was superb. The pool and hot tub were both really nice. There’s even a bathroom in the pool area although it wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were helpful, efficient and professional. Both gates to the parking lot were broken so there was no need to pay the $9 parking fee and the staff was up front about it. Tub in bathroom was quite high to step into but I’m an older person with bad knees so this is why it was an issue for me. There was no light in the shower. Bed was comfortable and offered a firm amd a down feather type pillow to choose from on both sides. The suite had a lot to offer for an extended stay - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, a cart to store groceries, toaster, range top, microwave and starter dish soap and coffee. I would give this hotel 2.5 stars because the things that were wrong would be so easy to fix given a little care and attention. The hotel wasn’t busy so it seemed as though someone didn’t take the time to do things right.
