"The hotel was well appointed and clean. It was in a great location to walk to different shops, restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed a pre dinner swim in the outdoor pool. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and morning coffee/pastries in the hotel cafe. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"When we arrived we were told that because the cleaning staff hadn't showed up that day that there were no clean rooms for us. They were able to find a room, but the door wouldn't lock. Then the next day something malfunctioned in the door, and it wouldn't open. The maintenance person wasn't there, so we had to wait for over an hour in our pajamas. This caused us to miss one of our activities. Then, when it was fixed, we had to move to another room. The continental breakfast was great, the pool...
