"Good location by a nice park and close to things. The bakery is very popular. We appreciated doing laundry after climbing Mt Fuji (and storing our bags at The Knot then). We had two different rooms and the layout of one was much better."

"I loved that there was a Family Mart next door to the hotel which was right next to the train station, it helped to grab waters each day to be on our way. The laundromat was a great service since we are traveling to 3 cities on our trip. And everyone was so nice and friendly, allowing us to hold our luggage on the day of checkout so we didn’t need to bring to breakfast before getting on the bullet train."

"My family stayed here for three nights. The room was clean, modern, and quite spacious by Japanese standards. It also had a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The only downside was the location. It is quite far from Shinjuku Station, especially the Marunouchi Line, as well as the main shopping areas. It took us more than 20 minutes to walk to the station. It was also not very convenient for visiting popular areas such as Tokyo Station, Ginza, and Ueno. While the hotel itself and the room were excellent, the location meant adding an extra 20–30 minutes of walking each way whenever we went out. That meant an additional 40–60 minutes of walking every day just to get to and from the hotel. It also made it impractical to return to the hotel during the day to rest before heading out again, as doing so would require another long walk each way. On the first day, the walk didn’t seem like a big issue, but after several days of sightseeing and being on our feet, the extra walking became quite exhausting. Overall, the hotel and the room were great, but the location significantly affected the convenience and enjoyment of our stay."
