We were there for three days and had a beautiful relaxing time. The facility was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give the place the highest rating was because the food was just okay.

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years.
This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited.
The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH.
I will return for another week at this hotel in April.
Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.

The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep...
