We had our wedding at Allamanda Chapel nearby the Allamanda Hotel and the location was perfect. The service level was very high and the food was great.

Originally booked jacuzzi suite, but bathroom looks very old and bad smell, so request for different room but they don't have any same type of room available, only room without better bathroom conditions are smaller room ( downgraded room) we take this room, but they cannot give any price adjustment....

海遊びをする宮古島滞在には、もってこいのホテルでした！大変快適に滞在しました。 あえて欠点を述べるのであれば、駐車場が遠いことですが、送迎車がタイミングよく来てくれるので、そんなには困りません。

月曜日チェックイン火曜日チェックアウトで利用しました。 ◾️チェックイン 早々にウェルカムドリンクを出していただきましたが、その後はしばらく何も声をかけられないので待ちかねてこちらからスタッフに声をかけてようやくチェックイン手続きが始まりました。その場にいたスタッフ全体的に客を気にかける様子が感じられませんでした。 ◾️部屋 スーペリアスイートでした。親子三人での宿泊でしたので十分過ぎる広さでした。 ◾️バスタオル 部屋用と海プール用に用意があり、海プール用はお願いすれば追加でお借りすることもできて助かりました。 ◾️朝食ビュッフェ 品数豊富で楽しめました。そこまで暑くもない日だったのでテラス席も良かったです(多くの人は屋内利用) ◾️リゾート内移動 時間がかかるので他の施設は利用せず。 ◾️他ホテルとの比較 東急とこちらに一泊ずつしましたが、個人的には東急の方が過ごしやすく感じました(平日利用であることや、客層も影響してか、ひとけを感じず。またスタッフの対応も東急の方がよかったなと。あとは、この小さな宮古島にこの巨大なリゾート施設が本当に必要なのかなという疑問もあり)

いつ行っても素晴らしいホテルです。 部屋からの眺めもよく、非日常が味わえます。 以前にここで結婚式をしたため、結婚記念日で来ました。特にホテルには何も伝えていませんでしたが、アニバーサリーのカードと、フォトフレームと部屋にはお花が置いてあり感動しました。 朝食も地元たくさんのものもうまく使っているのでついつい食べすぎてしまいそうです。
