"Stilvolles Hotel, das in einem alten Hof in der Altstadt von Sesslach untergebracht ist. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus und als Gast darf man nach 19.00 Uh nicht in der Innenstadt parken, d.h. man muss ausserhalb der Altstadt irgendwo parken. Frühstück ist gut, es gab verschiedene besondere Marmeladen, die es sonst so nicht gibt. Leider war der Kaffeeautomat defekt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants in direkter Nähe, wobei an diesem...

"Check in required extensive information on a tablet, passport numbers dates etc. Hard sell for 29 € breakfast every day. Hard sell to upgrade room 110€ extra. Impatient person behind me was engaged while I was still talking to the clerk. Extra staff in back would not assist. I had questions unanswered. Directions to room are incorrect. I carried many heavy pieces of luggage up staircases instead of being told the elevator went directly from the garage to our room. Signage for elevator doesn't exist. Staff don't even know it's there. No luggage rack in room. No phone in room to communicate. Walked back to front desk to ask for luggage rack which was declined but I could upgrade room for 110€ to get one. There is a tablet in the room you're supposed to use to communicate. It's in Deutsche so useless to us. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. Rarely saw a smile."

"Wir hatten ein Executive-Doppelzimmer bestellt und den Wunsch geäußert, ein Bad mit Dusche zu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, es gibt gar keine Zimmer mit Dusche, sondern alle haben nur Badewanne. Das sollte dann doch auch bei der Reservierung klar ersichtlich sein, genauso wie der bei der Reservierung abgebildete Parkettboden. Das für uns reservierte Zimmer hatte einen Teppichboden und das wollten wir nicht nehmen. Die Empfangsdame sagte, wir haben Glück, weil es nur zwei Zimmer mit Parkettboden gibt und eines davon frei wird im Laufe des Tages. Es hatte dann einen stark abgenutzten dringend renovierungsbedürftigen Parkettboden. Ein andere Mitarbeiter erklärte, es gibt nur noch zwei Executive-Doppelzimmer mit Teppich. Das waren die beiden unangenehmen Erfahrungen im Hotel. Alles andere, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Frühstückspersonal waren alles sehr gut."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."

"I would give 10 from 10 mark... But there is one huge disadvantage - the suite we had was something like 3 or 4 floor, and the last one with a spiral case... So if you have a problem with your back or foot, or have a luggage, avoided it. But it is clean, fantastic location, very comfy bed, good kitchenette... Strangely enough the shower has no door and all the water coming out... "
