Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

「The Staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. They were also thoughtful and kind. I would recommend others to stay because of the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast.」

「My room was clean but there were roaches. My room door did not lock and my room key never worked」

「The hotel looks really nice and the rooms are spacious my only complaint is that we don’t have hot water at night or in the morning at best we showered the water luke before it came out freezing」

「Microwave and shower were not very clean. Everything else was great.」

「Considering the age of the facility, I would say it's a standard hotel.」

「Great price nice staff location was great not to far from anything」
