Walk to the beach from this immaculate townhome, everything is new and done with attention to detail. Spend some time grilling on the deck; at night you can walk back to the beach to see the crabs or turtles when in season. If you don't feel like cooking just walk to nearby restaurants. Best location ever you can also walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, and shopping centers including an outlet mall all without sacrificing the peace that this home brings. RV connection in Garage.
The space
This townhome has 3 levels, On the first level there is a twin sofa bed in the entrance, a Mud Room, laundry, and a small garage. On the second floor, there's the kitchen with 4 barstools, the dining with an 8-seat table, the living room with a queen sofa bed, a half bath, and an outdoor cover patio with BBQ and an 8-seat dining table. On the 3er floor, there are Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and private bath and another with a King bed, two full beds, a private bath, a working area, and a balcony.
