Winter Get Away

From the minute you walk in the door a smile will light up your face. The views are incredible inside and outside this beautiful house. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dinnerware. The pool and spa overlooking the beach is fantastic. This home has been well taken care of.

Great Stay

House was georgeous. Good location. The only con was the beach is advertised as private and it is not. Very busy. Many people from hotels and other places and was very crowded. If we did not have chairs set up in the morning we would not of had a place to sit near the house. We had a nice stay.

Amazing Home

This home was stunning!! Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, Diamond Rental Company also went above and beyond! House layout is great and even has a mini kitchen/coffee bar on the second floor which was great in the mornings. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and very clean. The location was close to everything as well. We cannot recommend this home enough!

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved everything about it especially the location and heated pool. Small glitch with the fire detection that was annoying, it was fixed as soon as I let them know. What can they do about it? Batteries need changed sometimes. Would recommend or stay again in a second. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Fun in the sun…or shade…your choice.

All the boxes checked for a perfect vacation Destin…ation. Destination…get it? Truly a great place for our family(ages 2 to 73). Sun, water, restaurants, bike/walking path. It was all good!

Everything And More!

The pictures don’t this property justice! The house and all of its built-INS, the uniqueness of all the home and decor was so beautiful. What an amazing vacation! This house was perfect for our group of 9 family and friends! This place could hold more. Two rooms and three beds we didn’t even use. The view, the beach access, the pool was phenomenal! The location to everything was perfect! The availability of the host was instant and very accommodating to all of our needs! We will be rebooking soon!

A few suggestions…

Property was beautiful, location great. A few things that we noticed… First of all we were not given instructions on how to secure the doors… Until my husband finally called and said we were sick of dealing with them, especially during the storm. We did not know you had to pull up on the handle. The home instructions said that we needed to clean the grill when we left. Apparently the people before us did not get those instructions. We had to clean it before we could ever use it. The kitchen does not have a pair of scissors. The blender did not work properly. The toaster did not work properly. There was no dish soap in the kitchen. It would be nice if the bathrooms had blow dryers. The TV could use a sound bar. Super nice place.

Location, Location, Location

The best thing about this property is the location. It's right on the beach which really counts when traveling with kids because we could just run back and forth between the house/pool and beach whenever people got hungry, wanted a pool swim, needed a drink, or just wanted to get out of the heat for a bit. It's also very close to the grocery store, pharmacy, surf shop, some restaurants, and other things. Really the ideal location and as that was our top priority, this was a win overall. There were only three things that I would suggest being aware of at this property 1) the elevator, 2) the "hot" tub, and 3) the state mandated door alarm. The elevator got stuck between the first and second floor when we first arrived with my son in it; we were able to get him out on our own and the rental company was very responsive, but nobody trusted or used the elevator the entire stay - not a big deal because we didn't really need it, but it was a little bit of a scary start to the vacation. The hot tub part of the pool never really got warm (admittedly this could have been operator error) which normally wouldn't be much of a problem during the hot summer, but it rained quite a bit and would have been nice to sit in a hot hot tub while it was raining (sort of like sitting in hot tub when it's snowing). Finally, the door alarm - the property is required to have a child safety alarm on each door that leads to the pool deck. This means that anytime you exit you have to push a button near the top of the door before opening it, then you have 7 seconds to open the door, get out, and shut it to avoid having the very loud alarm sound - 7 seconds is not a lot of time when there are multiple people exiting at the same time (you have to exit single file) especially if they have anything in their hands or if some people are trying to exit while others see the door open and decide to come back inside. The alarm went off A LOT. Everyone in our party is a proficient swimmer - so this was just an annoyance to us and, understandably, there is no way to disable the alarm or increase the amount of time you have to keep the door open. I expect that every property with a pool either has one of these alarms or the pool is completed surrounded by a child proof fence - so, be advised that this is likely the case almost everywhere as it's apparently mandated by state law. So, a few minor annoyances aside, this was a great property and worth the money in my view.

Family Stay at The Front Row

Overall the Front Row was beautiful and a fantastic location..the family loved it. For the price, Id expect a little more..standard kitchen equipment and not very well organized...they expected us to leave the grill cleaned but we received it dirty...the cover was ripped...we expected above service but was disappointed...seemed average but the house was gorgeous

The Front Row - Miramar Beach

A fabulous house that accommodated the 10 of us perfectly. We want to rent it for next May but taken at our timeline. Not one complaint. Entire family loved it & want to come back next year.

Waterfront Heaven!

This house was a perfect fit for our family! The view is spectacular. The beach is beautiful! The communication with the property managers was better than expected. We had a couple issues with spa/pool heater and they promptly responded with help. My only recommendation with anyone staying here is to BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS as the house does not provide them. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

3 generations gather!

Celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone! Wonderful open area to cook, play games, enjoy the view and all be together!

Perfect vacation - home was beautiful, the spot on the beach was perfect - we could not have had a better time. We would come back next year, but the price has doubled for 2022 - def won't be doing that.
