Pet friendly property but holes under fence make it not secure for pets.Broken patio chair almost caused injury.Kitchen not stocked very well for such a large house.Faucets in master sink very loose and no cold water in one sink.Upon arrival, took off shoes and after walking around house for a bit, bottom of my feet were black. Floors dirty.For the price of this home, I would have expected better quality maintenance of this house.Golf cart nice.Location nice.

Amazing house

The backyard and bedroom layout were perfect for our group. Very clean house, the open air style of Bourbon Breeze is awesome. Hot tub and pool were both very warm. Amazing hosts

Great location

Great house with private beach access a few blocks away. Pool was amazing, hot tub is for colder weather, but pool was amazing. House was amazing. One room doesn’t have a celling fan and one room has a fan that only goes one speed, not a big deal for most but good know for which room you want to stay in. I would highly recommend.

Bourbon Breeze

The property location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, within 2-3 of shopping. We enjoyed the bicycles and use of the golf cart. The property layout was nice. However, the back bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom had ants, the house wasn't cleaned very well, dog poop was in the back yard from previous guest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will probably book again.

As close to perfect as it gets!

Our stay was for a bachelor party, but this home is perfect for any large group. Five Star is VERY communicative (maybe even a bit too communicative, but that's far better than the alternative), access was a breeze, the home was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the 6-seat golf cart and private beach access made it feel like we were basically on the beach. My only criticism is that the arrangement for the property's designated beach chairs/umbrellas is slightly confusing, and I had to text Five Star to let them know the beach attendant was nowhere to be found. However after texting Five Star, 4 chairs and two umbrellas were waiting for us on the beach the next morning. All in all, a near-perfect location, home and property manager. We will definitely be back for the NEXT big group event in Destin!

Great vacation

The house and neighborhood were great. The beach access was very accessible for family member who has trouble with a lot of steps. Loved the private beach and the nice sized pool and hot tub. House is in a little disrepair with some minor painting needs and nails sticking up from the hardwood floors that my 2 year old scraped his foot on.

Great Miramar Beach vacation

This was the perfect Destin location…2-3 minute walk to a quiet part of Miramar Beach (property includes 6 person golf cart & 4 bikes too). House was beautiful & pool/hot tub was the ideal spot to socialize with our four adult kids. Close to many excellent restaurants & convenient to shopping. Traffic to/from downtown Destin was a bit crazy but we preferred to be in a quieter area, so didn’t feel the need to go downtown much anyway. Hated to leave!

We loved Bourbon Breeze! The perfect pet friendly house!

We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect rental house for our family vacation. We knew we wanted a private pool and hot tub, a fenced in yard with real grass (if possible) and something close to the beach that was pet friendly. Bourbon Breeze was perfect and once we arrived it exceeded our expectations. First off Five Star Rental Propertied is amazing to work with, they send you lots of emails to keep you informed, we received our door code 24 hours before we arrived so once we got to the property it made it very easy to get in. They would call to continually check in to see if we needed anything, and when we had a request or question they answered it right away. The house is very close to the beach and the neighborhood it is located in was great. Very quiet, with very nice people. We took walks every morning getting to enjoy the quaint neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are huge, we traveled in December so we did pay to have the pool heated and it was incredible! The weather was on the cooler side of with the heated pool we were able to still swim and enjoy it. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! Not a lot of houses are pet friendly so we really appreciated this one being pet friendly for our pup that we travel with. The beach accesses was close and easy, we were blown away by the soft white sand beach and clear turquoise waters that Miramar Beach offered. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could want! I highly highly recommend Bourbon Breeze is your looking for the perfect pet friendly Miramar Beach rental, we loved it so much I know we will be back!!

Four generation vacationers

We had a wonderful time while staying at Bourbon Breeze! Plenty of space for our group of 16. Pool was amazing and just a short trip to the beach. Only wish had more seating as we ate all our meals at the house. Would recommend this lovely home.

Bourbon Breeze

Pros: Nice house, plenty of things stocked for us to use. Cons: hot tob was not on when we arrived. Controller was broken. Owner had to be contacted and it was turned on remotely. We did not get to use it for the first 24 hours. It kept turning off and was never on and hot when we were planning to use it. We would have to call and go through the property manager to try and get it turned on everytime and wait for it to heat the water.

A Most Wonderful Breeze

Our recent stay at Bourbon Breeze was just wonderful. The pictures shown really don’t do it justice. It is just a great property...deceptively big with a great open kitchen/family room. It felt super comfortable the moment we walked in. And, what a great pool/spa area out back...totally fenced in which was perfect for our Rosie Girl. If you’re planning a trip to Destin, look no further than Bourbon Breeze. Our stay was so very good...yours will be too!!!
