Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms (a total of 2657 sq feet!) Sungria is just right for a Florida beach vacation, whether traveling with friends or family. In this three story home, the walls are in a luxurious and stylish contemporary gray, and artwork placed throughout the house give it a tasteful, homey feel. Granite in the bathrooms and kitchen is known as “white shores,” covered in shades of blacks, whites, and grays. The kitchen features top-notch modern appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need whether you’re making a morning cup of hot coffee or a tray of freshly baked cookies. From a crock pot to a blender, this kitchen has it all! King-sized beds and full bathrooms welcome you into each of the 6 bedrooms. Just soak in the tub and then sleep well with sweet dreams of sand and surf.

Throughout the rest of the house, floors are tiled in a warm, wood plank style. A 2nd floor wood planked balcony offers a place to sit back in the ocean breeze and enjoy the views! In the backyard, patio tables and lounge chairs surround the private heated pool. The driveway provides ample parking for 4 vehicles. Ride the 6 seat golf cart from Sungria's fenced-in subdivision to the beach, just 3 blocks away!
