This recently updated beach vacation home is absolutely perfect for large families, multiple families, or groups of friends. The home features a luxury “double-home” experience with two completely separated wings each with their own full-sized kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, bedrooms, bunk rooms, and bathrooms. This unique layout provides plenty of space to ensure that everyone can have their own area without feeling crowded. Although the home has two separate Wings, the West Wing is large enough to host a gathering or a meal for the entire home. This home also has its own private fenced pool and wading spa with several lounge and pool chairs surrounding it. There is also plenty of parking on the property with the front and back driveways and garage fitting a total of 5 cars and several overflow lots in the community able to accommodate even more vehicles. This home is in a prime location central to the beach, Destin, 30A, and everything else that the Emerald Coast has to offer.

RECENT UPDATES
In 2024, all six bathrooms were fully renovated. In the West Wing primary, a double rainfall shower with 8 foot shower heads was added to create a luxurious spa experience. The primary bathroom received all new tile, glass shower panels, and a new double vanity. The whole second level of the West Wing received new LVP flooring throughout and the shared guest bathroom was updated with new tile, a new tub and shower door, a 7 foot tall shower head, and a new vanity with a quartz countertop. Lastly, two new memory foam queen sleeper sofas were added to the West Wing living room for guest's comfort.

In 2023, the private pool was fully re-plastered and re-tiled with authentic Spanish tile giving the property a true Mediterranean Villa feel. The home itself received fresh paint throughout as well as all new ceiling fans, chandeliers, sconces, and recessed lighting. All new exterior door locks and door handles were installed and all exterior doors and door trim were refinished and repainted.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Just steps from private gated beach access! Walk through the gated community past a few homes and across a safe crosswalk to access the private gated beach area. The crosswalk has an actual stop sign for street traffic, unlike many crosswalks in the area.

PROPERTY DETAILS
This unique “double-home” offers twice the space and twice the amenities compared to most standard vacation rental homes! In total, there are 4 King beds, 2 large bunk rooms, and sleeper sofas in both living areas.

The East Wing sleeps 10 and has a 1st floor Master Suite, full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and two more bedrooms on the second level. The West Wing sleeps 12 and offers a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and a 2nd floor Master Suite. The West Wing also has a bunk room and an additional bedroom with a King bed on the 2nd floor. The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and each Wing has a 65” 4K TV in the living rooms. We provide a beach wagon, 6-8 beach chairs, 8-10 beach towels and an assortment of beach toys. Overall, the home has nearly 3,500 square feet and includes everything you’ll need for a lovely and memorable stay by the beach! Note: to move between Wings, you will need to briefly step outside to go between entrances. They Wings are fully separated and private from each other.

This centrally located beach home is perfectly situated near the beach and other attractions and restaurants. In a short walk, guests can wander to Alvin’s Island for beach necessities and snacks or to Pompano Joes, Bad Ass Coffee, The Whalestail, Frozen Dune Ice Cream Shop, a CVS Pharmacy, or Fat Clemenza’s for delicious dining experiences. In a short drive, you'll find endless shopping and dining in Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A.

PRIVATE HEATED POOL
The private pool is family-sized and is perfect for gatherings of multiple families or groups of friends. There is space to lounge around the pool as well as several pool chairs and loungers. Additionally, there are two community pools within the Emerald Waters Village community; one just about 50 yards away from this home and one further back in the community.

BEACH ACCESS
In just a 5 minute walk, you'll exit the community and cross Scenic Highway 98 at a crosswalk to arrive at the beach access gate. Once through the gate, you'll go down about 20 stairs to get to the sand and the ocean. The beach generally only allows umbrellas and there may be signs posted that prohibit tents or canopies in certain areas of the beach. Please see the South Walton beach safety website for a complete listing of beach rules. Lastly, please be mindful of the ocean conditions and beach flag warnings. The currents can be incredibly strong and dangerous at times, so please adhere to the beach flags and stay safe during your stay.
