It was a cozy home away from home for the entire family. The large dining room table was perfect for a shared meal and games! The 2 golf carts were amazing for our group of 10.

Great family get a way

We enjoyed this vacation home so much. This was such a fun place. Just minutes away from restaurants and entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, Starbucks! Also, a 10 minute ride on the golf cart to the beach. We even rented a boat from Baytown, and drove over to crab Island. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had a wonderful time sitting on the back porch, playing games around the table, at the boardwalk, and of course the beach. The house was wonderful, and no one was ready to get back to reality. Thank you and we will definitely be back!!!

An Excellent Home in a Very Unique and Fun Community

The home was very nice in a cute exclusive neighborhood. The home was very clean, with plenty of kitchen items to accommodate large groups. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and shops on the property that are easily accessible by the two included golf carts. The only negative was the condition of the golf carts; both needed repairs and one died and had to be taken out of service, leaving us with only one. The one we were left with badly needed brakes. Overall, the golf carts were the only negatives...don't hesitate to rent this fun home on the golf course.

Family reunion #35

Overall good spot for family reunion. Property is beautiful. House is homey. We visited days after tornadoes went through area and the quick cleanup and repair was impressive. Only complaint was the parking. We had two cars and it was marketed as having 2 parking spots. But one was used up by golf carts. That's fine but alternative parking spots were not communicated well. There was no clear explanation where to park a car without getting a citation or threat of a boot. There needs to be very explicit directions. We were told to park in "the field". Not very helpful.

Laurel Grove cottage in Sandestin Resort

Roomy, lots of sleeping options. Not as clean as I expected, mildew In several bathrooms and around kitchen sink, but otherwise ok. Two golf carts definitely a plus for our group of 8. Would have enjoyed a personalized welcome package to include info about the resort itself. Took awhile to learn the ins and outs of where places were located, such as the golf cart tunnel to the ocean/beach. Plenty to do without leaving the resort. Not as close to ocean as I would have preferred.

We had the best time! This location is perfect for beach goers, Wharf goers, those relaxing!

We loved this property! The littles loved exploring. Adults enjoyed relaxing on the back porch watching golfers. The beach and Wharf were easily accessible with the golf carts. We are already planning our next trip!

Awesome Vacation

House had everything we needed. Very clean, lots of room for large family and quaint rooms for small kids to sleep. Master downstairs was very convenient and quiet! Will definitely stay there again!!

Nice Family place

Nice neighborhood, great resort, challenging to get someone to address the 1 very large cockroach in thehouse (ewe), but once we was able to speak to someone on the dat shift, the problem was addressed that day. It would be nice to have extra pillows available. House was clean, comfortable, everything worked. We'll be back!

WE really enjoyed staying at 1292 Laurel way!

The property was set in a golf course community. It was picturesque as the back porch was on a wooded lot where we could watch golfer Tee off. The house came with a 4 person and 6 person golf carts which was perfect for our location the Miramar Beach about a 10 min ride. Community pool was clean and opened late which was a 4 minute ride or short walk. I would say there wasn't one complaint other than we found ants in our doughnut box one morning and a cockroach in our room one night! I notified the cleaning company on our departure. Def not enough to ruin the trip or our stay. I'm sure it a job to stay on top of bugs with a house nestle almost in the woods. I would def stay here again minus the bugs.

Awesome Property / Excellent Value

This property has it all! The location was perfect! House backs up to 1st tee of Raven course. Very quiet. You cannot ask for a better value! I will be back several times in the next 12-18 months!

Great Vacation Home

This home was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and had plenty of amenities. The golf carts made getting around a breeze. There is a tunnel that makes taking the cart to the beach easy. The community pool was nice and a quick walk from the house. The cleaning could of been better, but it didn't ruin our trip. We would recommend this home to anyone looking.

Yucky house

The owner needs to take more pride in the property in order for this house to meet the quality of the other wonderful homes I have stayed in Laurel Grove. I have been vacationing here since 2011 twice a year. I will say that beach blue were attentive to my concerns and sent someone to clean the filthy carpet. Cleaning people were nice. They came back to clean missed spots. Always a great neighborhood.

Pleasant stay

House could use some deep cleaning (carpets, grout in shower, etc) otherwise everything was great with the house. Golf carts were an added plus and the resort had excellent amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Side note—the owner had frequent package deliveries which was inconvenient (we had to carry in very large boxes several times (chairs, bedframes, tables). Not something we wanted to do on our vacation. One day we couldn’t even get to the front door there were so many boxes. Overall the Sandestin Resort is very nice.

Great Multiple family house

It was amazing!! The pictures don't show you everything! With the golf carts and having so many things around you that involves kids things, adult time, and relaxing was so nice! You have shopping malls, grocery store, the wharf with kids things! We will definitely come back to this house! It may not be on the beach but on a golf course it was well worth the money And not even that much!

Perfect family getaway!!

This house was perfect for our whole family! We had a very memorable week! We loved sitting and visiting on the front and back porches! We had easy access to the pool, beach, grocery store, movies, shopping, and entertainment for the kids!
