Plenty of room for all of us to eat, play cards, do puzzles and have privacy. 3 block walk to beach. Pool was close by and kept very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only surprise was an extra charge if we wanted to use the golf cart but we did not really have a need for it anyway. House was gorgeous, more than functional and grocery shopping and eating out was close by.

The house was exactly as described. We had 10 people and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large table with additional bar stools at the island was great! It was easy to get to the beach and the pool is steps away from the condo and very nice. We did rent the golf cart which was very helpful going to the beach and also making small runs to the grocery. We would definitely stay here again. We will recommend as well.

The location of the property was just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to every place we wanted to explore.The house was clean and spacious for our large family gathering. The hosts w gracious and responded immediately to answer my questions. We will definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving get away

Had thanksgiving with the family there. Kitchen was great size for cooking and large meal and dining table seats 10. Only a short walk from the beach and everything you need is within 2 miles. We had a great stay

Family vacation

This was our second year staying in the same unit and had an amazing time! The check in and check out process was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach. It was clean and had plenty of room for a family of 10. The golf cart was so helpful when lugging stuff back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year no doubt!

Close to beach

It’s is a very nice unit with plenty of room for a big group to spread out and also be together. Nice shared pool that was never crowded. Beach is about a two block walk that was a bit much if varying beach essentials so we normally drove and parking at public access was easy.

Me and my family of 11 had a wonderful stay for 5 days and 6 nights the rental property was super nice had everything you would need just like home was so sad to leave. My only down fall would have been the grill was on the 1st floor off of one of the bedrooms it would have been nice if it were more convenient than having to go through a bedroom

Super Clean and Spacious

Great stay! Perfect for families of married, adult children or couples w kids. ( you’ll need childproof gates for the stairs if you have toddlers) It’s a quick drive to the beach or you can even walk. We did both. The pool is a couple of units away. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparations. I would definitely, stay here again.

lotts of space

The place was very nice an big, has lotts of space. We loved the place, there were only two issues that we had, the washers smelt aweful so much so that alot of family wouldnt use them, an we never could get cable to work on tvs in several rooms, now we did talk with management an they did respond an sent tech out to work with the tvs but just has no luck, they would work fir abit tgen loose signal, but we really wasnt there for tv anyway so we dealt with it. Again the place was very nice an in great location.

Exceptional!

This property was perfect for our 4 families. We enjoyed the patios, barbecue grill, pool, corn hole games, and short walk to the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and accommodating! We had an exceptional stay, and we are looking forward to booking this property again in the future!

the home was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. plenty of sleeping space for our group of 14 people. the beach is just a short walk away. would certainly rent this space again.

Plenty of room and a great location

Stayed at the property with 10 total people and 4 separate family units and this spot gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also come together for meals and game night. Walk to the beach is short and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Had some maintenance issues with a shower during our stay and the owners were incredibly responsive, fixing the problem in less than an hour or so. Overall, great spot and we’d be happy to recommend it!

Perfect for large family

We had 10 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly. The kitchen and dining area were great for us to all eat together. The walk to the beach was easy even for the little ones especially with the wagon and beach stuff in the garage for us to enjoy. Beautiful home and wonderful place to get away with our family.

Great place with everything you need for a beach vacation

This house was great for our family of 10. The kitchen and living room area was large enough for all of us to sit and hang out! The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The beach toys, wagon and pool floats were helpful to have. We also rented the golf cart which helped with dragging stuff to the beach and also taking short trips to the beach at night or picking up something from a local store. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT STAY WITH A COUPLE SUGGESTIONS

Place sleeps 12-14 3 floors, very clean and roomy....couple blocks from beach. My only suggestion is: There were only 2 dishwasher tabs, no extra TP, 1 roll paper towels, and 3 garbage bags. With this many people, it would be very helpful to have more.
