A really awesome resort home with all the comforts of home. Very spacious and the sunroom made it easy for extra workspace while traveling. Immaculate community and residence. Would love to come back during warmer months.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was a beautiful setting, exactly as pictured and provided everything we needed, including comfy beds. The golf cart was an added bonus. The host was quick to respond to any question. This was our first stay but won’t be our last. Highly recommend this place!

It was our first time staying inside the Sandestin Resort area and it was great. There was a lot to do, eat, see and shop for. The golf cart made it perfect and we rarely ever used our actual car because you can get to most places on the golf cart, even the beach! I look forward to returning in the future.

Everything we wanted and more!

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit. The location was easy to find and exactly as it looked in the pictures. There were actually a few upgrades--the washer and dryer have been replaced with newer and larger models and there are 4 chairs and a small round table on the wharf. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact. The golf cart was a great luxury in Sandestin. We rode it to the community pools and the beach every day and we took it to Baytowne most nights. One of the pools is right around the corner from the unit, while the other is just a few minutes further away. It takes about 5-7 minutes to get from the unit to the parking area for the beach by golf cart. We would definitely stay in this unit again; it was perfect for our family of five.

Great location!

This is our 6th trip to this location. We love the area and the quietness of the neighborhood. People are very friendly. It’s very convenient to grand Blvd shopping and restaurants. The beach is close and we use the golf cart provided. The property management company is super, especially Pamela, always ready to help if in need and solutions are quick. Highly recommended. We go twice a year and will not stay anywhere else.

Awesome property!

Disappointed

I want to start off by saying I do not think my issues with this property are a direct reflection of the owners. I think whoever is cleaning and inspecting this rental is doing a poor job. This is a pet friendly rental, which is fine, but I did not expect to see big wads of poofy white animal hair everywhere. It was in the corners of the rooms, on the couches, and you could see a layer of it on anything dark colored. I swept multiple times throughout our stay. There were ants on the counters in the kitchen as soon as we got there and I spotted them most mornings we were there. We did not leave food open or out so I don't know what was attracting them. There were mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and in a couple of the cabinets. These appeared to be old droppings but nonetheless, they were in the kitchen where we were preparing food and on dishes we expected to be clean. We were happy to have the golf cart, but the driver's side passenger buckle was broken. When my husband touched it to inspect it, the buckle, which was just the internal metal components, completely fell apart in his hand. We returned from the pool one day to discover the air was not working. Luckily we discovered it was just the breaker and we were able to correct the issue ourselves. We loved being able to walk out the back door and fish whenever we wanted. I would return to the area but I would not stay in this property again.

Overall Very Nice

Overall the property was very nice. Clean and great location, however the back deck was being replaced while we were. We were unable to use for the first week of our stay. Communication with property manager during this work was good.

Great Location

The home was perfect for our stay. We were there to attend a conference and the location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood so very relaxing. We hope to return to the same house next year.

Review

The location was nice and we loved the location but we found the address on the listing lists Eagle Drive but we found out the property is actually around the corner on Audubon Drive. Also, shortly after we arrived we discovered the dryer was not working. I called the property manager, MyVacationHaven, and they stated they were already aware of this based on the inspection prior to us arriving. It would have been nice if they would have made us aware of this before we arrived instead of waiting for us to discover it a day into the trip. They sent a third party out to look at the dryer on day two of our stay. He told us it needed a part that he didn’t have and the dryer would not be fixed before we were to check out four days later. After many calls with my vacation haven, they informed me my only options were to give us hangers to air dry our items or travel 20 mins down the road to the nearest laundromat to dry our clothes and reimburse us. Keep in mind, the HOA does not allow towels or items to be hung outside to air dry, so our only option was to hang our wet items inside. We found these options unacceptable as we paid a premium and packed for a working dryer.

Nice, convenient place in SanDestin

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and spacious for our little family. My son loved fishing every morning and evening from the dock. The house had everything we needed, plus some extras for the beach. The golf cart was essential as we didn't drive our car the entire time. We'd stay again.

Property fine for short trip

Golf cart was great. No parking space for two vehicles, no Keurig machine for coffee, pine straw and sap falls on vehicles parked. Condo was clean but furniture needs to be refreshed. Good place for a quick trip.

Wonderful location

This house has everything you could possibly need! It was clean and they provided a wonderful array of starter items including aloe (which came in handy after a long day at the beach). The golf cart was a big plus, but don’t wait to brake. It takes some time and pressure to stop. My family of 5 and small fur baby enjoyed our stay. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at this location. The home is clean, golfcart was great getting to the beach and Baytown. Great location. We really enjoyed fishing on the private deck and grilling. This home has it all, lakefront feel with beach and resort amenities. Nice neighborhood and community pool, we had no issues during our stay and are thankful for the vacation memories!

Great place to stay!

Great location, clean, and 6 seat golf cart. Some of golf cart seat belts weren’t working but it didn’t affect us. Also, our AC went out while there and they had someone out immediately to fix it.

Very impressed with the property, a couple added bonuses where that the turtles in the pond would come right up to the dock and so would the ducks. My granddaughters loved this!! Nice quiet nights and a very clean stay, everything you need is in the rental.

Great home.

We loved the location. The fountain out back in the pond was beautiful especially at night. The lighting was great. We enjoyed fishing off the deck in the back. The neighborhood was quiet which I enjoyed. The golf cart came in very handy to be able to go to the beach and pool. We also enjoyed being able to go to the bay by golf cart. The house was very clean and cozy. Warm feeling when you walk in the door. Thanks for sharing this with our family

Perfect location, great house.

First time staying in Sandestin resort, it was awesome. Golf cart was a huge plus for getting around without having to get in the car. Quiet neighborhood, which we love, but super close to everything.
