This is a great property for a large group or several families. Close to beaches and restaurants, a great kitchen, a golf cart for running around, and warm pool. We loved it!

There was lots of room for everyone to relax and have their own space but places for us all to hangout together. The host was very responsive whenever items were needed. Enjoyed our time there!

Our stay at this rental house was unforgettable! I shared it with a group of my childhood friends, and it was the perfect place to reconnect and make new memories together. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group stay, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially enjoyed gathering in the pool and enjoying meals together. The location was convenient and made it easy for us to enjoy the area. Truly a trip we’ll always remember—highly recommend this home for groups of friends or families!

The property was worn down with lots of issues, the property management did not work with us to resolve any of them - including a refrigerator that wouldn’t maintain a cold temp, a shower one couple couldn’t use. Trash wasn’t picked up & pool took until Thursday to be cleaned

Close enough to beach—eight minutes

Great place for family of 22, you don’t feel as if you are on top of each other. A plus was each bedroom having an ensuite bath. Bedrooms had plenty of space to store items, closet, dresser, large bath. The pool was fantastic. Plenty of plates, need more silverware.

Perfect for large groups and families

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This house is set up very well for large families as there are plenty of beds and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool is small but it was great to have for our kids. We would definitely stay here again if we visited this area.

AMAZING!!!!!

Everything was just amazing from the beginning to the end. The host has great communication and the home was beautiful and clean. Made you feel just like you were at home. And beach was just around the corner. My family had a wonderful time here making new memories that will last a lifetime as we scattered my Sister's ashes to Sea. Thank you for this beautiful home and for all the wonderful customer services!

We enjoyed our stay at seas of the day. The host was very friendly and even let us check in early.

The skillet in kitchen didn't work the best, and the toilet in guest bathroom had some issues, but other wise everything was great!! Really enjoyed our house.

Nice, But…

The house is as appears in all pictures. Plenty room for 14 adults. Nice convenient location. We had 2 minor issues. First 3 of the pool walls had big yellow stains on them. No biggie. However, when in the pool if you happened to grab a section of the pool rim to get out or steady yourself there was a goop or algae the same color as the spots on the walls. We called the management company and they were very responsive. The pool contractor was out, in the rain, and scrubbed the whole pool. He asked if we would like it “shocked”, but as we would have had to abandon the pool for 4 hours we declined. The other issue was there was no ice in the ice maker in the refrigerator. Actually looked like pieces were missing. Eventually it made about 8- 10 cubes every 1/2 hour or so. Again no biggie. Grocery was right down Hwy. 98. So yeah, just little inconveniences. Overall nice home and nice stay.

Nice stay

The house was really nice with a few snags. The washer broke a couple of times. No hangers in any of the closets. The most annoying was the pool alarm- every time someone opened the back door a loud alarm went off . We didn’t have any small children- only teenager and adults. They told me it was a state law- but our neighbors had no alarm in their house. Location was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also great. Highly recommend

Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The house and private pool were beautiful. Renting a golf cart made the trip back and forth to the beach quick and easy! The property managers were very helpful and quick to assist with any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Another Great Stay

This was our second visit to Seas the Day. As always, the owner and management is prompt and attentive. The layout of this property is perfect for our family reunion of 17. With one bedroom on the first level, we older folks are spared the stairs which is much appreciated. Having the kiddos on the top floor with parents on the 2nd floor works well for us and allows privacy and play. Within walking distance of the beach for most of our crew, it is convenient and wonderfully located. Use of the golf cart helped to get the younger ones to the beach, as well as providing entertainment. The private pool is a great addition, even in November. We also enjoyed grilling out. Since we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner, we brought a lot of our kitchen supplies. But for a regular stay the kitchen is adequately stocked. Using picnic tables in the dining area allowed everyone to sit together as well as was a great gathering place for crafts and games. Multiple TVs permitted viewing of the sporting events throughout the house, as well as the Macys parade. Probably one of our best vacations together, I'm sure we will return again.

Great house for families
