Great Resort Area

The wife and I stayed at this AMAZING house. It was by far the cleanest and nicest place that we stayed at during our Florida vacation! Golf cart was great to go to the beach with and the bar and grills on the property!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. We had a small issue but they resolved it immediately. Golf cart was wonderful to use back and forth. Would definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you!

Beautiful with a perfect location!

Our total experience from booking the property to arriving with my family exceeded our expectations! The home was very well-kept and very clean! Beautifully decorated with an updated feel! You won't be disappointed! Also, the golf cart is very well-kept and a nice touch to our vacation experience! We will miss the morning and evening golf cart rides around the property the most! The perfect piece of paradise with both a beach and bayside feel!

Great location to relax

Couple hiccups when we arrived but the management company made everything right. Remodel was done well and each room was spacious for our family. Wasn’t listed but the host provided a wide range of beach necessities to take to the beach. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Augusta is a nice quiet place to stay! 3 bedrooms is a plus for us to have family visit during their spring break! Love having the big golf cart to go to the beach, restaurants and store. The new pool is very close and heated. Communication from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals is just always a text away and they check in with you during your stay also! Thank you to them for making the check in and out very easy and thank you to the owners for sharing their property with us these past two years.

Very nice place! Our new favorite in Sandestin! Great location and the 6 seat golf cart is a win win as our Daughter and Family visited and we could all go places together. Has all the home away from home amenities needed to cook yummy seafood! Donna was wonderful to communicate with for check in and during our stay she was so kind! The white sand beach and everything the area has to offer is pure relaxation! Can’t wait till next year!! Oh did I mention the beautiful sunsets🌅

Clean and convenient

Came in for my nephew's wedding at the Hilton and the location was the best. Used the golf cart to drive over to the wedding and to explore the property. House was clean and had everything we needed. Initially had a problem with the door code but a quick phone call solved the problem. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Great Location and Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean with all the amenities you'd expect. Golf cart was great and in good working order. We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

Incredible stay!

Absolutely loved staying in this house! Beautifully updated, the home was exactly as listed. Very easy check in and had everything we could need! The property manager was quick to answer all questions! We have been coming to this community for 20 years and this is one of our most favorite homes we have stayed in. We will be booking with them again!

Exceptional Stay

Lovely Home, Just as advertised

Gorgeous and clean. Love the layout of this home. Decorated very nicely with a very peaceful and tranquil vibe. The golf cart was amazing. It was great to not have to rent a car to get to everything we needed.
