"The room wasn't worth the money, the only convenience is it's walking distance to State Farm Arena where me and my kids attended a game. The walls are thin, I could hear the person in the next room coughing. I hate the money grab of hotels not having a microwave because they want you to spend money at their hotel instead of having your own food. The complimentary robe had makeup on it. I've had way more comfortable beds and pillows in lesser charging hotels. I will not be staying here again. I rather book a hotel further out and drive is need to "

"The front desk staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was not good but The housekeeping staff was my only real problem during my stay. My boyfriend and I had just settled in to relax around 4:30pm on our first day there. Well housekeeping used their master key and walked into my room while we were unclothed on our bed. I confronted her and she said she didn’t speak English and apologized. At breakfast on Saturday morning, the housekeeper swept my foot and I was wearing sandals, with the broom while I was making my plate. Just unacceptable. "

"I used Expedia to book a room so it didn’t say pay extra at the room I didn’t have because I had already paid now I can’t get my 310.00 back and I didn’t even get to stay in the room just go to the hotels your self save you some money and trouble not using again won’t get any more free money off me"
