"The room was clean, the beds are comfortable but we couldn’t turn the heat in the room down, so our sleep was terrible. We ate and had drinks at the Firelake restaurant and everything was very enjoyable. The two wait staff seemed very pleasant but rushed ( understaffed for a Saturday night)."

"The 242 reviews before mine were not wrong. "The Cottage" was spotless & provided everything I needed for a 20 day stay. It was also close to nearby conveniences, peaceful, bright & beautiful. The furniture & bedding were very comfortable. I really appreciated the washer & dryer !!! The garden looks like it will be amazing during the warm weather. Caroline was the best host ever !!!!!!"

"We absolutely loved this property!! It was so clean and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. It’s in a great location, everything was about 15-20 minutes drive. We had a small network issue with the tv, the owner was quick to respond with help. We would definitely use the property again! "

"Motel s run down and does not give a good impression when you see it. Room was basic but clean. Area felt safe but nothing nearby to eat or even a coffee place unless you have a car. But price affordable so probably a case of “you get what you pay for” If you just want a place to sleep and get a shower it’s ok "
