階段しかなくて荷物を部屋に運び込みのに苦労した。掃除は行き届いているが、施設はかなり老朽化していた。値段相応のホテルだとは思うが、シャトルサービスがなかったらこのホテルは選ばなかったと思う。

早朝の便だったのでホテル近くに宿泊しました。早朝4:00にもちゃんとシャトルバスを出して送ってくれたのは良かったです。チェックイン時も1人だけでしたが、空港まで迎えに来てくれてドライバーが丁寧に対応してくれて良かったです。建物は少々古いですが、部屋は広くて綺麗でした。ベッドも快適でした強いて言えば、シャワーの水圧が弱かったかなあというくらいです。心配なく泊まれます宿泊だけだったので周辺情報は全くわかりませんが、宿泊だけであれば十分です

There were stains on the carpet, walls and sheets. Floor seemed sticky, definitelydo not go barefoot. Boogers on the walls, pretty sure there was poop on the toilet paper holder.

There was hair on the shower floor. The bathroom light switch was missing the cover. The back stairs leading to the parking lot smelled of urine. The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Okay if you’re homeless. You’d think if you worked in a place with a hundred showers you wouldn’t smell. Had to deal with panhandling outside. Just plain nasty.

Cleanliness-0/10 - there were bedbugs, fowl smelling sheets and small hair all over the mattress. Breakfast - Massive disappointment, they had no coffee just bread and butter and the bread wasn’t even fresh. Never staying here again.

Overnight staff at desk was so incredibly rude. He seems so annoyed at check in at 11pm. Carpers in hotel are filthy. Shower head was not good. TV base was broke. Only redeeming quality was the Culver’s in the same parking lot and a nearby bus stop to get to downtown Minneapolis.

I asked for a plunger 5x, black mold in shower, internet is SLOW, and “free breakfast” is pieces of bread….this place sucks guys for like $20 more a night you get a pool / hot tub, a front desk that answers, an actual breakfast, and security latches that don’t have screws falling out. I wouldn’t book this room for my worst enemy. So back to the plunger thing: I asked their support # five times….for a plunger so I could take care of the issue myself: received zero response & was on “hold” for ~20 minutes, for a simple request. I couldn’t help it & just went on-top of the clog, clearly making the issue better. This was such an embarrassing stay, I can confidently state that I will never La Quinta again.

The wait to check in was incredibly long. The whole place smelled bad and our room was dirty and there was hair in the shower. As we checked in we noticed two different groups of police officers there for two different groups of people. Nothing about the area felt safe and had we stayed the whole night I would have been terrified to leave my room. However, we felt so uncomfortable that we forfeited our one nights hotel rate and left as fast as we could. I will never again book a stay at a La Quinta.

This property is unsafe for anyone with medical conditions, breathing issues and just plain terrible. Mold in windows on floor and wall in main lobby and restroom and ceiling moldy. The hotel pictures have not been updated for years. Outlet in front lobby was burnt as if fire happened at one point in time. Deadbolt on lock of room did not work. FIRE ALARM in middle of night with fire trucks and full blown firemen in gear carrying axes. Building evacuation and standing outside for about 2 hours til cleared to go back in. Crappy for when you have an early flight next day. No elevator. And took over an hour and a half to get checked in after the 3 pm check in. I had to wait in The smelly moldy beat up lobby. No phone in room to call desk for the alarm emergency. Definitely would not be a place I would recommend for ANYONE! Needs to be gutted and needs a fresh start. Have pictures and videos of all the problems I had at the hotel if anyone wants them including the fire department that responded. When they cleared us to go back in I got ready for the day and couldn’t have got out fast enough

Beds were clean enough, but the entire hotel is very run down and in need of repair. 2 beds, 2 guests, 1 large bath towel. No fridge or micro, no usb ports, no ice in the ice machine, musty odor, dead plants. What truly ruined this stay was the front desk attendant on check out. I have never been spoken to with such rudeness and disrespect by hotel staff...EVER! Spoke to a few other guests who had similar experiences. He was asking questions regarding the airport shuttle, and a guest innocently asked if he was the driver. His reply..."do you see me in the shuttle?". So rude and impolite to a GUEST!!! We PAID to stay here, the least you can do is try to be courteous. SMH

Dirty to an EXTREME. There was practically no breakfast options the next morning. The staff were just plain nasty. They said "24 hour airport shuttle" but they were absolutely nowhere at the airport when we landed and we called and nobody answered, so we finally had to get a ride with a different shuttle. We told the highly unfriendly man at the front desk that we needed a ride to the airport at a certain time the next morning and he said fine. The next morning we were told by someone else the shuttle didn't run at that time. I could tell you a lot more about the foul state of the bedroom but for want of time and space I will just say that I will never ever again stay at the La Quinta Inn and I sincerely advise that you shouldn't either. Although if ever someone you dislike wants a hotel (hotel, what a laugh) then recommend this to him or her and they will never visit again. This is definitely a cheap stay and you might think "what the heck, it's just for a night" but honestly, that's what we thought, and we regretted it. SPEND MORE MONEY. It truly is worth it. Just take our word for it.

This is the hotel of no. Got delayed and had to have my flight moved to the following morning so I was stuck with no toiletries nothing 1000 at night. Can I get a bottle of water? No Do you have any toothbrushes or toothpaste? No Can you drive us to the airport in the morning with the shuttle? No I've stayed at la Quinta's in Bentonville for example and they've had complimentary water and toothbrushes toothpaste if need be. Plus plus they make you sign over $100 as a deposit because you might steal their disgusting towels or bedding that is old. I've been to la Quinta's in Bentonville and other places this place is run down and dirty wallpaper coming off the walls with mold. I do not recommend it. I would never stay here again especially in this area which is very shady with very shady people coming in and out. I didn't feel safe. The guy that was at the counter look like he was half dead and half asleep and only knew the word no. Do not stay here.

Our flight was delayed, so we weren't able to get to the property some time after midnight the next morning when were supposed to be there by 9:00pm. When we got to the front desk, no one was there. There was no bell, so we proceeded to call out, then spotted someone in a back office. A few minutes later, he came out then told us, "You have to wait," with no explanation then walked back to the office. We then waited another 10-15 minutes then he came back out and gave us our room keys and told us where we needed to go. He was not very friendly and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing him in some way. Normally, I would never right a bad review because everyone has a bad day once in a while. But as we sat there in the waiting area for 15 minutes, that's when we noticed that there was peeling wall paper, spills that were not cleaned up and an overall untidiness to the place. My husband said that he would never stay at a LaQuinta ever again.
