Spend summer days out on Lake Anna at this newly renovated waterfront home, where your grassy lawn rolls down to a private dock, a boat house, and a boat slip on the lakeshore. Take out the two provided paddleboards each morning, add the interchangeable seats to make them kayaks for the afternoon, and teach your kids to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, and striper.
Here on the public side of Lake Anna, you'll be wonderfully close to the boat launch at Christopher Run Campground (less than two miles) and several marinas and restaurants. You're welcome to tie your boat to the dock, which features a slip that's 10 feet by 26 feet in size.
The warmer months are for spending time outdoors, whether you're barbecuing on the back deck or dining on the screened patio with a big game playing on the 65-inch TV. In the evenings, wander across the lawn to roast marshmallows by the fire pit with a view of the lake through the trees.
The single-story interior was entirely renovated in 2023, offering new appliances, new furniture, and central air conditioning throughout. Highlights include an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including an oven with an air fryer), and smart TVs in the living room and two of the three bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch.
Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a private boat dock with an enclosed boat house. The boat slip is 10 x 26.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
