112' of RIVER FRONTAGE on the Toccoa River! Enjoy the serene sounds of the river from the outdoor fireplace, private master balcony, or right by the river's edge firepit. This 3 Bed, 3 Bath Rustic Prow Front Cabin Features vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling rock fireplace, spacious kitchen w/high end stainless appliances and granite counter tops throughout the cabin! Wrap around porch allows for dining and taking in the views from all 3 levels of the house. Master Suites have jetted tub, tile shower & double vanities. The Upstairs Master has a TV and Private Balcony Overlooking the Beautiful Toccoa River. If you must work, the Loft Office has a desk, chair, monitor and supplies you need! Hi-speed internet will keep everyone connected. Terrace Level has another fireplace with gas logs, flat screen TV and Wet bar.

Each of the three bedrooms has a Queen bed with luxury bedding. Entire house has been professionally decorated.
Outside you find plenty of room in the spacious grassy yard with an outdoor firepit, chairs and dock which steps down to the river for easy in/out access.

This home is amazing! Such a great spot to spend time with family!! We loved the fire pit and the fireplace on the porch! The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable accommodations in the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked well and had everything we needed to cook! We will definitely be returning! It's the perfect location for all seasons!

Relaxing Getaway

This cabin was great! Wonderful location right on the river and a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We fished, made s’mores, kayaked and relaxed. The place was well stocked and very clean. Large bathrooms! We will be back again!

4 day getaway

We went to Blue Ridge with friends for the foliage and some wineries but ended up spending most of our time at the cabin. It was great! Plenty of room, very relaxing. Could not have asked for more. And Nicole was great to work with. We'll be back!

Outstanding Cabin.

The cabin has everything you would want and need. Cabin was super clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. We spent the entire time in front of the outdoor fireplace, watching the outdoor TV, and watching the river water go by. Didn't get a chance to use the firepit but we'll do that next time. Our son enjoyed the xbox that was there. It was a great relaxing weekend getaway.

Nice place, would stay again

Perfect layout, enough space for 3 couples or families to have privacy. Nice quiet area. Driveway will hold 3 vehicles. We kayak the river down to the cabin. The bank made it a little challenging to get the kayaks back in the yard but doable. Only gripe was there was dirty dishes in the sink and one toilet wasnt clean when we arrived.

A great stay!!

This house was a dream! Location on the river was perfect. My boys had the best time fishing off the dock. Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in which was SO nice. Everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better is if it had a king size bed in the master. My husband and I aren’t used to sleeping on a queen so that was interesting. I knew that when booking though, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, it was fabulous! Thanks so much for having us!

Amazing place!! super clean, has absolutely everything!! In this cabin you have everything you need to relax, I recommend it 100/100, it is located close to everything, but being there, you no longer need to go out, we hope to return every year, it has a super professional manager, excellent communication,... ps..I thought the only thing I was going to miss was my Alexa,.guesswhat? Perfect Break!

We loved staying here! First of all, the cabin is very nice! It is very clean and the 3 levels are perfect! My boys immediately chose their spots and only had time to lay their heads there at night. They fished for hours and we toasted marshmallows. We didn’t get the chance to kayak. The water level didn’t rise until about 9pm when we were out by the fire. The hot tub was nice, too. The grocery stores and Walmart are only about 18 min away. We had a great time and this cabin is on our list to revisit.

Hillbilly Heaven ( nicknamed by my dad)

We stayed at this wonderful River deluxe cabin for a whole month. We had my parents who are upper 80s, my husband and I and my son ….each of us found things we loved. My parents absolutely loved the big balcony overlooking the river. My dad nicknamed the home Hillbilly Heaven. He could sit on the balcony watching tv, the river animals as well as watch the fireplace fire. My mom sat in a rocking chair thrilled with the songs of the birds and geese while drinking Georgia peach wine. My husband and son kayaked, hiked trails around the area and fished. My favorite thing to do besides enjoying everyone’s reactions to the home was visiting all the wineries and the orchard store. We will miss the relaxation and the animals we saw.

Fantastic!

We have been staying at different rentals throughout the North Georgia mountains for years. This is among my favorites for a variety of reasons.I wanted a place to hang out for a weekend, do a little fishing, watch the hockey playoffs, and have some good grub in nearby Blue Ridge. We got all of that and more.First, the house is only a short drive from Blue Ridge. We drove into town for dinners and had no problem finding our way back.There are three bedrooms...one on the terrace level, one on the main level, and one on the upper level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. And each has its own private exit to its own deck/patio. For family gatherings, it's easy to find a private place to read or take a nap.There are four places to hang out by the fire: two fireplaces indoors, a fireplace on the covered deck, and a firepit in the back yard. We had heavy rain in the evenings during our stay, so we got a fire going in the fireplace on the covered deck. It was wonderful to stay warm and dry while feeling we were out in the rain at the same time. The covered deck also has a good-sized TV.The kitchen is well-equipped and has high quality appliances. Very easy to make meals in this place.Finally, the lot. The house is on a gorgeous lot right on the upper Toccoa river. Furthermore, there are no houses on the opposite side of the river, making this seem even more secluded and peaceful.I hope to return someday soon!

Gorgeous Cabin in Idyllic Location

My best friend and I go to the northeastern GA mountains every year for a golfing and fishing trip. We have stayed at multiple different cabins over the years... but each has had something missing, so we would rent a different cabin... until now!! This cabin is about as perfect a cabin as you could possibly ask for. Its location is absolutely ideal... It sits directly on the Toccoa River and only about a 10-12 min drive from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. It's also only a mile from the entrance of Old Toccoa Farm, the nicest golf course in the area, by far. Old Toccoa Farm also has a lovely clubhouse with a great restaurant and heavenly views as well. The cabin is amazing in every sense of the word. The bedrooms have very cozy beds. The kitchen is good-sized with high-end appliances. It has an incredible outdoor space as well, including an outdoor fireplace on the deck that comes with a large outdoor TV as well! The owner, Nicole, is wonderfully responsive to any questions you have and check-in/check-out is a breeze. Even the neighbors, who we met while fishing off the riverfront dock, are amazing. My best friend and I will be back year after year to rent this cabin. And certainly, if it allowed pets, I'd bring my family and our 2 little King Charles Cavaliers for our yearly fall trip as well... so if the pet policy ever changes, I'll be staying here twice a year! ;) Thank you, Nicole, for sharing your amazing cabin.
