"The hotel is in a great a location and I liked the style of the hotel. With that said, I did find the customer service to be lacking. The 2 front desk agents that assisted me in particular were just not friendly. I arrived early so my room wasn’t ready, no problem, I had plans to meet a friend. The front desk agent seemed like she was expecting me to be upset based on the way she was acting. Like no, I used to work in hospitality so I understand rooms not being ready before checkin. I dropped off my luggage and continued my day. I came back around 5pm and was able to check in, but again the front desk agent was just not kind. They told me nothing about my room or the amenities. I had to asked if I was being put in a certain room on a high floor (I book their high floor double room)? The front desk agent looked at me and then said yea with an attitude. Sorry, for asking, but you’re not telling me anything so I have to ask. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. I get to my room, open the window, and I have a view of what looks like trash mounds. I didn’t complain since this was a 1 night stay, but gosh what a shock. The people that worked at the bakery on the other hand were beyond kind and they made up for the not so good customer service from the front desk. "

"Great hotel, near a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Being able to soak in the spa each night was awesome! Breakfast buffet was great too with a lot of options."

"Excellent hotel with excellent amenities the spa and massage chairs or the highlights of the hotel not to mention the wonderful breakfast You might as well have free noodles service after 9:00 p.m."
