The 1 bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and features 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. Please be aware that this upper sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom.
