Min. $100 additional cleaning fee if smoke odor is found. Please respect the community and avoid making loud noise between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
No food/drink in bedrooms, no moving furniture, please tidy up, lights/TVs off, lock doors/windows and tidy up before leaving.

The home was lovely and was perfect for a family of 5. My boys, ages 10 and 8 LOVED the extra room off the master. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to add shades to the windows in the bedrooms for "sleeping in" purposes.

Comfortable and beautiful and great location

This house was great and felt like home to us. Located in a great area with so much easy access to everything you want. The house itself also has a great comforting feeling to it with everything we needed, and just a nice relaxing vibe to our whole stay.

Wonderful house

This is a clean, spacious, and comfortable house with old character and modern convenience. We were four - my two college daughters, my aunt and me for a long weekend to visit friends and explore Milwaukee. We appreciated the 4 separate bedrooms - comfy beds and nice bedding. One room is a den with a tv and fold out couch that you accessed through another bedroom but it worked for us. The bathroom was wonderful-we enjoyed the rain shower. We had control of the heat, which was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard with a fire pit was cute tho we didn’t use it. The owners took care of the parking pass and we found easy street parking every time. Overall, a wonderful trip for our girls’getaway.

A tight 4 bedrooms

It's a beautiful old house with plenty of charm but for a group that needed 4 bedrooms it was a letdown. There are really only 2 larger beds and then there was a fold out couch and a twin bed. The bathroom had an odd smell and the house was really missing a second bathroom, we suspect there may be an out of use one behind one of the locked doors. If the location fits and you need a 2 bedroom with some extra space or you have small kids then it might work but it was too tight for my family.

Great place

Location was perfect for a work weekend. 3 of us stayed and it was enjoyable. Place was roomy clean and Mike answered quickly anytime I needed. Which was mostly tech support with tv. We had to extend our initial stay and it was seamless. My son goes to UWM so I’ll hopefully get to stay at this great place again

Quaint stay away from home.

Our family weekend was exceptional. The home was clean and welcoming. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the back porch and coffee on the upper veranda. The location was perfect close to restaurants, shops and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, spent most of the night on the nice patio. We had gone to a concert at the fiserv, got an Uber there and walked back. Great location, great house, great price!

As advertised

House was as described. Location was close to waterfront. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighbors were all friendly. Parking can be a pain, but this close to the water that is to be expected. i would stay here again.

Great stay in a convenient location

Our stay was excellent. The unit was clean and well organized on arrival. Our group consisted of two couples with infants and the rooms were a great size to fit pack and plays. Convenient location with easy street parking. We would absolutely stay again.

Great location

Great location and proximity to downtown. Property was super clean and owner was very responsive (had a small glitch when checking in that was resolved within minutes). Would def stay there again if coming back through Milwaukee.

Perfect home to enjoy Milwaukee

We stayed three nights in this home! It was a perfect location for all the different events we attended. It was very cozy, the beds were a-mazingly comfortable. Modern and classy! The hosts Leah & Mike were extremely responsive and easy to talk too! They send you all you need for parking. Found it was easiest to park the truck and Uber around town. We definitely recommend and will return if we host out of town guests again! Thank you for sharing your home!
