Located within a block of neighborhood staples like Art Bar and Café Corazon and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown, this is the perfect spot for any visit to the Good Land! The studio garden apartment boasts exposed brick from when the house was originally built in 1909, and has subtle artistic draws with the custom poured floors. Make yourself at home while you get work done at the built in desk, or hangout and watch the newest movies on the Apple TV (w/YouTube TV). Interested in cooking up a storm in the kitchen? Do so in the fully stocked kitchen with an air fryer/toaster oven combo and stovetop. Enjoy a double showerhead shower after a day of exploring MKE. **There is no AC, but due to the nature of the unit being a garden apartment, cool temps are maintained year-round** Ample street parking is available.
