The first level of living is located on the second floor and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms and access to the screened in porch. The full bathroom is located in the hallway and the 2 half baths are located in each of the queen bedrooms. The second level of living is located on the third floor. This level includes the main living area, a delightful open concept kitchen, a large dining area and access to the deck. The screened in porch and deck are furnished with plenty of furniture for everyone's enjoyment. The home includes two refrigerators, a gas grill, a hose and spigot to help to keep the sand outside and and a private driveway to park 3 cars. A terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream.

The owner will accept a pet (only 1 pet allowed) with a $250 non-refundable fee - Dogs Only under 60lbs.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $198.50.
