「Kirk was absolutely amazing!! Rental is adorable and we loved it. The only drawback was the listing did not state unit was upstairs. It was extremely difficult to get luggage and medical supplies up 15 steps; however, when I mentioned it to Kirk he said he would have been happy to help us….wish I would have said something immediately but that is my fault for not wanting to be a “Karen”. Kirk was definitely the best host we have ever had and will stay with him again.」

「Cy was awesome! When he didn't hear from me he made sure to watch for us as he lives close by and met us at the house since my response was never sent to confirm we knew the code to enter. The only thing that was missing was a pizza cutter my mistake for not confirming before I went to the store otherwise there's everything that you need to cook some food if you're cooking something. The place was spotless and if you're worried about security there's a state of the art system including cameras...

「We had a post Mother's Day trip to enjoy Beale Street and downtown memphis and chose this place to stay for the weekend and it was very peaceful...clean and quiet. The neighbors wasn't loud and for what I was told by the owner...keeps an eye out on all new comers...we really enjoyed this spacious house and will be returning. Thanks again for everything Mr. Sherman...keep up the great work」

「This was a bright and clean little house. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful flowers and outdoor seating. Convenient laundry. Our pups loved playing frisbee in the fully fenced backyard. Happy little birds chirping in the mornings. Quiet area. Well lit at night. Our only recommendation is add another chair in the living room if possible. Be sure to check out this beautiful little dolly if you need a stop in the Memphis area.」

「This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Graceland. There is plenty of space for families to enjoy. Things to note: nice towels, snacks and coffee provided, pleasant decor, and snuggly blankets.」

「Our stay in Cordova this weekend was great. The house was in a nice neighborhood close to all of our activities near the Wolfchase Galleria. The house was super clean, well appointed and and the perfect size for our family」

「My husband, mom and I were in town to visit Graceland and explore the area so it was a quick trip - only 2 nights. This place was close to Graceland - very convenient. We rented a car making it easy to get around. I didn't see many taxis or ubers, so highly recommend renting a car if you want to do a bit of exploring. Would stay here again if ever we were going to be in the area. Daphne was very responsive! She made sure the lights were on when I let her know we'd be arriving very late.」
