Only 4 place settings of flatware, even though the cabin has sleeping for 8. However, watching the eclipse from the parking lot was spectacular! "Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer."

"Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or stay."

"We took my son and his friends on a float trip. The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend. It was close to The Landing. We made dinner and hung out on the deck in the evening. We loved watching the floaters and boaters. The path to the river was super steep and would not work for everyone. It was a great house and we had a wonderful and memorable weekend!"
