「We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. 「Couldn’t say enough good things about this location. I screwed up my bus schedule the day before and they allowed me to move my room booking to the next night (for a reasonable fee of course) I was so thankful they did that. I arrived at almost 23:00 at night and the lady at reception was so helpful. She knew that I was changing my reservation date and the transaction was smooth and hassle free. 「The apartment itself was amazing, great view, clean and tidy. I had to ask 3 times for a roll out bed before we arrived as although the booking always for 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a 14 year old girls and 8 year old boy so sharing a double sofa bed wasn’t appropriate. The neighbourhood it sits in doesn’t have much around. It’s a little way away from the centre which we didn’t mind when we booked. The issue we did have was that a lot of Ubers refused to take us anywhere as there was 4 of us....

「The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

「The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.」

「Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”. They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway. 「The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved.」

「The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.」
