「Very good hospitality and the room was awesome with a wonderful view to the historical bridge far from the hotel. Only the thing I found a bit difficult was there's no elevator, that makes your life a bit harder to bring your heavy suitcase if you're staying upper than room 3. 」

「This hotel is located in the tourist center of Porto, near the Douro River.
First of all, the front desk staff were wonderful.
They were very friendly and attentive.
They also always spoke to us when we entered and left the room.
The room was very spacious, with a queen-size bed and a sofa large enough to lie down on.
It was a wonderful hotel.」

I stayed here for five nights and was very satisfied with my stay overall.
The hotel has a beautiful historic exterior, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved how the historic character of the building has been carefully preserved while the interior has been beautifully renovated with modern comforts.
The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. I also really appreciated...
