My apartment, recentely refornished in 2019, is sunny, comfortable and it has two TV, WiFi and air-conditioning.
It is composed by a spacious living room with a comfy sofa bed for two people.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essential to cook. There are two bathrooms both with shower, queen-size bedroom and one bedroom with two single bed.
This apartment is perfect for group of friends, family with kids and business people.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property looked exactly like the photos—spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was easy to find and came with secure parking, which was a huge plus. Betty (the host) went above and beyond, not only being incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay, but also sharing tips on local restaurants, markets, and attractions. Even after checkout, they kindly gave us suggestions for other places to explore on our European trip. Truly a 10/10 experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great Apartment to visit Milan and Como.

This was our fist stop on a trip through Northern Italy. The apartment is located between Milan and Como and a perfect spot to visit both places. The hostess was ever so friendly and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The town is small but offers everything including a small bakery within walking distance!

Amazing host

We were absolutely blown away with how accommodating the host was. The home was spotless, cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy to explore the area. Milan and lake como were some Great places to explore

Betty is our Milan Angel! GREAT stay!

Betty is truly the best hostess ever! Our rental car broke down, so we were extremely late checking in. Not only did she wait up past midnight for us, but she also took us to the airport the next morning so my kids could catch their plane and I could get the rental car straightened out. After that, Betty gave helpful hints and even loaned us her guide books for places we wanted to see. The apartment was great, too! It is large, clean, bright, and stocked with everything you need. It felt like being at home. Many thanks, Betty. If we are ever back in this area we will definitely stay again.

This place was the nicest place we stayed in the last 20 days of our trip. Betty was the nicest person we have met. She told us the past parking place to park when going to the city center. Ordered pizza for us and recommended the best places to go. It was awesome.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Cogliate chez Betty. L'appartement est très grand et permet, même à 6 personnes, d'y être très à notre aise. Betty est géniale, toujours prête à nous rendre service et à nous aider dans la découverte de la région, et parfois dans nos petits soucis . Le logement est très bien situé à 30 minutes des principaux lieux touristiques (Côme, Milan, Monza,...)Vous pouvez y aller sans soucis. Nous la recommanderons à nos amis et familles qui veulent visiter l'Italie du nord.

Parfait pour rayonner entre Milan et les lacs

Facile d'accès, cet appartement idéalement situé entre les lacs, Milan, Monza. Partis tout la journée pour découvrir les environs, nous avons cependant apprécié de rentrer dans un appartement spacieux, à la cuisine bien équipée pour une famille de 5.Betty ne tari pas de bons plans pour nous faire gagner du temps et faciliter nos excursions (trajets, parling, tips...). Merci à elle !

Très bien !

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l'appartement de Betty, spacieux et très propre. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement pas trop loin de Milan et des lacs de Côme et Majeur qu'on a découvert grâce aux conseils avisés de Betty. Le seul hic était la barrière de la langue, car nous ne parlons pas l'italien. Mais grâce au copain de ma fille, la communication a pu s'établir sans problème ! Les italiens sont tellement chaleureux. Très bon souvenir du séjour

Accueil et séjour agréables

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Betty. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. L'hôte est vraiment très gentille et nous a beaucoup aidé pour organiser nos visites à Milan, au lac de Côme, etc.... Si nous revenons en Lombardie nous reviendrons ici c'est sûr !

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Die Gastgeberin hatte schon vor Anreise Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Betty erwartet. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist groß, ruhig, sauber und sehr kinderfreundlich. Unsere Tochter (2 Jahre) war begeistert von dem ganzen Spielzeug was vorhanden war. Die komplette Wohnung ist perfekt für Kinder ausgestattet. Hochstuhl, toilettenausatz, Töpfchen, Kinderbesteck usw. Im Wohnzimmer sowie in den Schlafzimmern gab es eine Klimaanlage. Es war super.
