WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount on the rate automatically applied by the system

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

‼️The house is not suitable for light sleepers, the rooms have double glazing, but still overlook the street where the tram goes by - we are in the centre of Milan.

Upon arrival you will find :
✓ Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

➡️ TOURIST TAX - Required by the city of Milan, to pay cash at the arrival - It corresponds to € 6.30 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)

➡️ 2026 - The City of Milan has announced that, starting January 1st, 2026, the city tax will increase. The final rate has not yet been set.
If you are booking a stay for next year, please note that the city tax may change, and the correct amount for 2026 will be charged at check-in.

From here you can reach every place of interest as the area offers numerous connections that in a short time will take you everywhere.
The apartment is located just outside Area C, so convenient to be reached by car.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - the neighbourhood is served by the underground stations of:

There are also numerous stops for surface transport such as buses and trams that will allow you to reach every place in the city with preferential lanes.
