「This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!」

「Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.」

「Location was great」

「Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! 」

「Great location. Nice open floor plan. Good communication with host. Clean. New appliances. Nice bathrooms. Easy access to building, elevator and apartment door.Note only 4 parking spaces for 8 unit building. Was never an issue. Additional parking about a block away. Street parking seems readily available.Would like to see some handy info in the unit - perhaps a tent card. List Wi-Fi info and give a sentence or two of instructions on use of thermostat, dishwasher, electronic front door lock and...

「The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it.」

「Very creative unit with updated amenities in a fun and thriving section of Davenport. Host did a good job communicating access and parking options and everything worked as intended. Highly recommend this property!」

「The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. 」
