The pictures on the internet are probably 15 years old and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The Villa is very basic is very tired and run down and lacking any quality in decoration or presentation. On the positive side the location is excellent, close to the beach and many bars and restaurants are all within reasonable walking distance. It has 7 large bedrooms all with their own shower rooms that have been refurbished recently to a decent standard. The rest of the house is in need of a total refresh. The practice of charging cash on arrival for bedding and towels is ridiculous, build it into the cost. Moreover the quality of the bedding and towels was very poor. The bedding was so old and grubby that I took it of the bed and slept only with the base sheet. Also we only a small bath towel and hand towel provided that were adequate but not great. There were no pool towels either. The exterior was also no better. There was a built in bbq with some outside seating including 2 old rusting bistro tables all with no cushions all of which we didn’t use. In brief there is no effort to present this property in its best way. Before arriving I had some Whats App dialogue with the local host informing her that our arrival time would be close to 2000 hrs. She informed me that a 60 late fee could be applied. We arrived at 2010 and had to wait for about 45 mins for her to arrive. She hinted at the late fee but didn't get it.
