Our first floor apartment, with a lift, overlooking the gardens is so quiet and peaceful. You can walk to Cafés etc but also have secure parking in this gated community with an elevator to your 1st floor apartment.
This apartment has recently been completely updated.
It has WIFI and a Smart 55' TV so you can access all your favourites via the high speed internet that is included in the cost.
BUT, who has time for TV when there are 2 swimming pools situated in the beautiful gardens of Calahonda Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an Oven, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Ceramic Hob, Pots, Pans, Dishwasher and Washing Machine.
The lounge has a huge sofa and 6 seater dining table.
The master bedroom, with access to the terrace, is en-suite and has a King Size Double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single top bunk. The second bathroom serves this bedroom.
Both bedrooms have black out window shutters and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
We provide all bed linen and towels, including Beach Towels, a hairdryer, and iron and ironing board.
A baby cot & highchair is available for an additional hire cost, payable locally.
The terrace, overlooking the gardens, has a six seater table and parasol, pluse a pair of easy chairs and coffee table. Welcome to Calahonda Park!
You have the entire apartment and terrace to yourself. The garden area and pools are shared with the occupants of the other apartments.
Guests can always access us via your booking site messaging app. Once your booking is confirmed we will give you a direct telephone number where you can contact us before and during your stay via chat apps. We will use this method to arrange access keys and answer any questions you may have.
Please feel free to ask us anything you may need to know before your arrival. We will always do our best to help.
We ask guests to let us know arrival details as soon as possible so we can schedule that you are not waiting around for keys.
It is a great help if you communicate with us while travelling, as flights can get delayed. We only go to the apartment with keys once we know you are close to arriving. As we look after quiet a few properties, we can get busy and we don't want you waiting around after travelling, so we depend on you to keep in touch on arrival day.
If you would like any groceries in the apartment please let us know 48 hours before arrival and send us a detailed list... Milk, full fat or skimmed... that kind of thing.
If you require an early or late check in / out, we will do our best, but it depends on availability.
Linen change is once per week, included in the price.
Should you require an additional cleaning service during your stay, we will arrange. Please let us know on, or before you arrive ,so we can book it into the diary for you. Additional linen change and cleaning is payable locally.
